"Devonthink is literally like an online home office that I can access from anywhere to start, work on or even finish my projects. I can sync my data which is great if I have an idea while I'm traveling or away from my computer. I can share information from my Mac and PC in addition to scanning papers and archiving emails. This is a much better alternative to Evernote."

"OneNote is a great piece of software. It's very customizable so I can make my projects look exactly how I want. Plus, the access from multiple devices is very useful and seamless. I was somewhat disappointed by Evernote, but this software had an answer to all my frustrations."

"If you were the type of person that got down a lot of notes or lists and this could be there for you. It is very simple to use. You pretty much write your notes and that's it. And as a bonus it stays in sync with all your devices for no additional charge."

"I love how Keep My Notes actually does what it claims to do. Not only does the app claim what it does, but it's also completely free. Sure it does contain a few ads, but that's not a big problem. The trade-off is much more worth it. I use this app for all my notes, and my favorite aspect about this is app is the offline backup functionality."

"This looks like it could be a very useful tool and I really like the fact that it can be used with Word docs and they can be converted back and forth as so much of what I have now is in Word, so it wouldn't make those files obsolete and I wouldn't have to spend time transferring all of the data from those to the new format. I also use an open source Word that came with my new computer and I like it's layout better, I don't know if this Google program would be compatible with the open source Word? If not, I would have to save those extensions as the actual Word doc which would be a little extra work, but I see some real benefits with this that would make it worth the time and effort. This would have made some work in the past so much easier as people I was working with could have all been using the same document instead of constantly sending our documents back and forth to each other and trying to combine them into a final document."

"I use Wunderlist to maintain my calendar and really like it. I like that I can set reminders and also use comments right with the event to discuss it with all involved, make changes and save it right there. Nothing to remember to do later."

"The great things about thinkfield are its infinite canvas, the abstraction of information when zooming out, the integration of various data types and the possibility to work with multiple users on one project. Currently it is just a basic version, I am looking forward to what is coming next.."

"Organization is of great importance in my life. With Google keep I can use it with my planner. I am able to add notes, lists and photos to it. I then use the app as a guide when I plan my week in my weekly planner. The process is very easy and hassle free. I use to have a million sticky notes on my planner and now I just use Google Keep."
