"This game is kind of like Clue but in a horror type universe. The point of the game is to find out who is the werewolf. The more people the better for this and I highly recommend playing this game with as many people as you can get. Fun times! This is a great party game on Halloween!"

"I’m always searching for fun things to do on Halloween with my family. I came across ghost stories and we can’t put it down. This is a co-operative horror themed game. Everyone can pick it up and learn right away and you’ll have fun in no time playing."

"Dead of Winter has tons of great reviews. The cards are beautifully done and the game looks nice and scary. Just like something that I would want to play on Halloween. The big thing about this game that I think suits Halloween is that it's easy to play with friends and doesn't require a big group. The multiple endings makes it something that I can play with the same group of friends again on another night when we need scaring."

"Interesting how politics play into your success in this game. Much like the TV series Survivor, you want to be seen as likable and valuable, but not so successful as to be a threat. This makes for an interesting dynamic."

"While certainly a change of pace from your typical board game or ouija board, this game is more "blah" that "ahhh!!!". My friends and I had some fun with the game for a bit, but the lack of real action of any sort of palpable fear/jump scare made for boring time in the end. You may break this out for boredom, but it's not the horror thrills you might think you would get for a Halloween thriller"

"Mansions of Madness is a great game to play on spooky October nights with the whole family. You can play by yourself or up to four other players. It is a fun mystery board game that factors in a creepy atmosphere that really adds to its value."

"Elder sign is so fun to play, especially around Halloween. I've played this game for countless hours growing up. Usually it gives me nightmares if we play in the dark at night. Fun times."

"This game was one of the most thrilling and exciting I've ever played and fits the Halloween theme perfectly. It is very different from the other boardgames I own. I also love how I got to work together with my friends. It was a nice change of pace from constantly playing against them in other games. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spooky, fun game to play on Halloween."

"Halloween is coming and I want to do something with my family to celebrate. I found a great board game on Amazon called Betrayal at House on the Hill. I is perfect for Halloween. There are lots of scary things like a haunted mansion, ghosts, monsters and lots of secrets. It works for all ages , so the whole family can play. I got it in just two day via Amazon, what great service. I am ready for Halloween!"

"I played this game last year on Halloween with a group of friends, and we ended up having a really good time! It has a nice mix of strategy and dice-rolling luck, and the zombie theme was perfect for the season. I love the miniatures; they're so detailed! My only complaint is that it does drag a little bit, especially when the game is getting really big; when a lot of zombies are on the field, it's a little tiring to have to shuffle all the pieces around and take everyone's turn. If you try this one, definitely go into it with an effort to keep things moving so your players don't get burnt out in the details. All in all, a great & spooky game!"

"I love horror and ancient stuff and the experience of playing Eldritch Horror excites me a lot because of the theme and the fact its very fast paced which is my style. It is a fully cooperative tabletop strategy board game for one to eight players which is awesome."
