"It's easy to forget that Amazon even has competitors these days, but Barnes & Noble is still my go-to. I read a lot of novels, and love having bookshelves filled with books. B&N seems to send me coupons all the time, and if you're lucky enough to still have a physical B&N in your area, you can buy online and often go pick up the book to skip the wait on shipping. Great selection as well."

"I just found out the "Alice" is actually based on a real girl. And that Carroll has a weird infatuation with her. It kind of creeps me out a bit, but then again this book has always creeped me out a bit too. It's obviously an awesome story and there's so many allegories hidden in its hard to track them all down."

"HarperCollins is proud to present its range of best-loved, essential classics. ‘“Come along, Toto,” she said. “We will go to the Emerald City and ask the Great Oz how to get back to Kansas again.”’ Swept away from her home in Kansas by a tornado, Dorothy and her dog Toto find themselves stranded in the fantastical Land of Oz. As instructed by the Good Witch of the North and the Munchkins, Dorothy sets off on the yellow brick road to try and find her way to the Emerald City and the Wizard of Oz, who can help her get home. With her companions the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy experiences an adventure full of friendship, magic and danger. A much-loved children’s classic, The Wizard of Oz continues to delight readers young and old with its enchanting tale of witches, flying monkeys and silver shoes."

"I read this book in junior high and it really got me interested in reading. More specifically, this really got me into reading books featuring anthropomorphic animals. I would put this in my top three in this category. However, this book truly stands out the most due to the wacky antiques of the characters, and you especially get a really good feel for the traits of each animal in the personalities of each character."

She pulls you deep into the world of fantasy and never really lets up. The environments come to life and you find yourself attaching deeply to the characters..\"

Since I'm an avid reader I have since read many many books and stories in this style. This still holds as one of the best for sure."
