"I love to play the video games and this one is about war so there is much action to be had. The name of it is the Total War: Arena and it is soo good! You can even play it for free, online with other people that are also online. It is a war simulation game and boy is it a fun one, you should play too!"
"This whole series is great! I've been playing SimCity games since the 90s and they are great to play no matter your time constraints. The new mobile version is a great way to pass the time wherever I am."
"The page does not load, so I'm not sure about how the game looks or feels. But, I will say that I like the description, about building not only the city, but also the type of people that live there. I don't, however, like the way it's considered freemium, because that implies that you have to pay to get anything worthwhile in the game."
A city-building game is a type of simulation game wherein players act as the major controller, planner or leader of a city. The player is also responsible for the development and growth of the city he manages by applying some game techniques and strategies. This is also known as a town-building game in which players have the control over the management of buildings, city or town as it gets to develop.
DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know that the genre, city- building game was first established in 1989 when the SimCity was released? This is the first city-building game which focuses on building continuously rather than having a standard victory. This game allows players to build and design buildings based on their preference, and to make it developed and grow using the players' own strategies. The game has no definite goals to achieve. SimCity was designed by Will Wright. During its release in 1989, the game was only available for the Macintosh computer. It was also the best-selling PC game made by Maxis until The Sims was released in 2000.
Meanwhile, Simlish is created in 1996 as the fictional language of the game. Wright, with the help of linguistic expert Marc Gimbel developed a unique language specifically for The Sims, and the result is the combination of fractured words from different languages such as Ukrainian, French, Latin, Finnish, English, Fijian, Cebuano, and Tagalog.
"I love this game because it has the pixelated look of 80s video games. It's slightly repetitive but it's great for passing time with kids who need safe games, and if you're in a productive, building kind of mood too!"
"This looks like a free to play Sim City clone, which is exactly what we're looking for. The features may not be as robust as a Sim City, but when it's free, you can deal with a little less. It does look like a mobile game, so it's going to be light in some areas, but for a phone game/time killer, you could do worse."
"I have been playing city building games since I was younger. I have been playing since I originally came across Sim City. Man I love that game. If you are looking for a really good game like that for iOS, Virtual City 2: Paradise Resort is where it's at. I promise you, you won't be disappointed."
"Virtual City Playground is an enjoyable city builder, with graphics a bit reminiscent of turn of the millennium titles, but some parts of its business model and general presentation are off-putting and annoying. Basically, it's hard to make a lot of progress without spending additional money or wasting time watching excessive ads. The game also occupies a lot of space and sometimes runs in a laggy manner. The developers should take their ideas and graphics and rethink how they've built this game, to some extent."
"You will be forced to make a lot of difficult, strategic decisions such as choosing to build multiple buildings or research different technologies for defense purposes. Then you will have to find the best way to use the human resources to get rid of the bloody zombies. Eventually you will own a large city, along with the government system to govern the city. Rebuild 3 has the same gameplay as SimCity, but with a lot of zombies threatening."

"I LOVE city building games like Sim City. I grew up playing them and have fond memories of them. I was looking for a new one and found MegaCity HD for iOS. It's similar to Sim City and is really fun to play. It's definitely one of my favorite city building games that I've found so far for iOS. The graphics are amazing, the options are diverse, and the game play is addictive. Definitely check it out!"
"This solution is a great way to solve the problem. For anyone, like me, that enjoys city building games this one is quite enjoyable. There are different levels and you get to play against and with players online. The goal is to create a town and get citizens back to the beginning of time. Sounds interesting to me."
