"Opera isn't bad, not bad at all. Though I personally have a limited experience with it. That being said none of my experiences were sour, so I'd say give it a go."

"If someone wanted to create a framework that is lightweight and responsive I believe that frameless would be far better and easier to create than less framework. I would recommend frameless CSS pre-processing as there are not any codes needed. You can find templates for frameless just as with less framework, or you have the option to just set and fix the width and make it repeat infinitely. You can also create as many or as few columns as needed."

"Material foundation is a decently lightweight framework. I started using it initially with older machines in mind but I'll be honest it was almost "too" lightweight. It's incredibly feature poor and left a lot of our pages looking overly simplistic. It wasn't a good fit for our project at the time but it definitely delivers what it promises and anything built in it is going to be responsive on just about anything."

"Toast is a really simple CSS framework to setup different columns of multiple sizes. It makes the layouts much easier to work around and doesn't break itself in the process. Great tool for customizing layouts of any page."

"A great CSS framework if you're looking for a light-weight alternative to Bootstrap. I migrated from the Skeleton framework (hasn't been updated in a while). I love how quick it is to start a project with Toast. It really is plug and play. I love how easy the grid system is in this framework."

"I recently tried to Bulma because I heard good things. It was far and above what others had already told me I would enjoy about it. I loved how much easier it was to work with vs what I had been using in the past."

"UiKit is one of the best options for lightweight CSS frameworks. I like how it's modular so you can easily pick and choose what you need without getting bogged down. It doesn't have the largest community, however, so I don't recommend it for anyone who would need a lot of help implementing."
