"This is part of series and is a great read indeed. The main character gets involved with fairies. A lot of drama unfolds as the plot evolves. This will certainly keep you entertained."

"The Iron King was mediocre all the way through. It will do if you have nothing else to read, but I found it kind of hard to get through."

"This is definitely a fantasy novel, the first in the series, however I wouldn't call it a "fairytale." Indeed, it is about faeries, but not the classic tales that one might look for under this heading. It would be better listed in teen fantasy novels."

"My favorite thing about this book are the illustrations, they are beautiful and playful. The drawings really bring the story to life."

"The Persian Cinderella is one of the best fairytale books that is kind of unknown and will capture your and your child hearts when you read this masterpiece."

"This is a amazing book that any child will love. The story centers around Thumbelina, who is a girl the size of your thumb, and her desire to find true love even though she is so small. It is a very touching story that will truly melt your heart. I can really see it in my daughters face every time we read it, all of her emotions. This is a truly great children's book."

"Beautiful Pictures, classic story, the end is a bit gruesome when the hunter skins the wolf we tend to skip that page with my 4 year old girl."

"This is not the first type of story I think of when I think of a fairy tale, but it's for that reason that I like it. It's out of the ordinary and surprising."

"THis is just one those books that really hits to spot and tugs on the ol heartstrings. This is great for kids and adults alike. CHarming, engaging tales with nice illustrations. The book is really present in a beautiful way. This really hit a homerun for me."

"A great fairytale book is A Fairy Went a-Marketing. It is appropriate for young children who are amazed at the wonder of fairies. The imagination in this tale will encourage your child to want to read this book over and over again."

"Put bluntly; lord of the rings did it better. Hell even garbage tier fantasy like Narnia the lion the witch and the wardrobe is a better read(even with all the hamfisted Christianity themes). It's not exactly terrible per say, but it lacks any sort of feeling of awe or adventure."

"You must get this book for the art alone. STUNNING. Seriously, you will not be able to stop looking at it. The lives of the fairies contained within are also lovely, but pick this one up for the art. You won't regret it."

"predictable book about how your differences can be okay, though in this case the specific difference is that this fairy is a tomgirl and not girly enough. I'd like to think that was already pretty well accepted, but maybe not."

"Five Glass Slippers is an enchanting tale of romance and drama. Based on Cinderella, this tale is entertaining and heartwarming. On the other hand, I thought the characters lacked depth, and the story was a bit bland and lacking in originality. Overall I was entertained, but I wouldn't read it again."

"A book of twelve fairy tales with unique twists from the author this is a very good children's book to have around. Even though a lot of the humor is also funny to adults the book is definitely a kids book. Give it a read you wont be regret it."
