"It's easy to forget that Amazon even has competitors these days, but Barnes & Noble is still my go-to. I read a lot of novels, and love having bookshelves filled with books. B&N seems to send me coupons all the time, and if you're lucky enough to still have a physical B&N in your area, you can buy online and often go pick up the book to skip the wait on shipping. Great selection as well."

"The lord of the rings is a great book and an amazing movie, I have been into the series ever since I was a little kid. I love how detailed and intrigued the book makes me feel. Action and adventurous ebooks are everything I grew up with!"

"Stephen King’s terrifying, classic story, “a landmark in American literature” about seven adults who return to their hometown to confront a nightmare they had first stumbled on as teenagers…an evil without a name: It. As teenagers, they battled an evil creature that preyed on the city’s children. Now, children are being murdered again and their repressed memories of that terrifying summer return as they prepare to once again battle the monster lurking in Derry’s sewers. Readers of Stephen King know that Derry, Maine, is a place with a deep, dark hold on the author."

"I have been a Harry Potter fan for quite some time. I am finally finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It is 640 pages long. For the Harry Potter fan this would be included in their list of best long books. But if you don't like Harry Potter, then this wouldn't be on your list of best long books."

"This book has just enough drama and mystery in it to keep you reading but there were times where the language just didn't flow well because of poor translation. Other books by him were worth the months I spent reading them, but this one felt like it was lacking personality."

"Anna Karenina is a book by Leo Tolstoy. It is available from Amazon for $6.95 for a paperback. It is widely regarded as one of the best books ever written. It centers on Anna and how she renounces her marriage and pursues a relationship with a new lover. The linked solution is for an abridged copy of the story so that makes it not fit the topic very well."

"Victor Hugo’s crowning acheivement is simply amazing. Widely considered one of the best novels of the 19th century, the monumentally-epic LES MISERABLES chronicles the soul-changing journey of Jean Valjean. Through the telling of Valjean’s story, Hugo condemns predujice, unfairness, and wretchedness, while at the same time celebrating the potential and the acheivement of man. This emotionally-powerful story of Valjean, Javert, Fantine, and Cosette has the power to change your life. Hugo’s gift to humanity will always serve to remind us to keep our lives in perspective and to seek empathy for our fellow man."

"A very popular book that has already been made into a feature film, this novel does a great job of putting the young adult reader into the mindset of the confusing and dangerous times surrounding WWII. Interesting how the author makes the unusual situation of Liesel identifiable for the reader."

""Watership Down" is by far one of the best lengthy books I've traveled though. Sometimes you just want something so long, that no matter how hastily you turn the pages, there always seems to be more waiting. This is one of those books, it's long, and it has a good reason for it! Time and time again I have read this book, and always find myself learning or seeing something new and novel in it."
