This is a great way to lose weight. I lost a lot using his. Simple to use, all you have to do is stick to it. Keep track of calories, mine was 1550 a day, and even with little to no exercise you lose weight. i feel good. I look even better. meow!

Love it. It's super easy to find good foods to eat. It looks like menu planner does a decent job of helping you keep track of your meals. It allows me to plan out my meals, while accounting for dietary restrictions. I can see it being helpful to keep track of my calories and make sure I don't go over my daily allowance. More
