Best naval battle games

I don't have a lot of experience with naval battle games, but I love turn-based strategy, and this game is awesome! Games that I've played in this sub-genre usually don't have graphics this good. The game is a bit slower paced, but I like it that way. More

I love Naval games and have been playing World of Warships for a while now. Not only are the graphics and gameplay top notch. it's an easy game to learn and you don't need to be a Naval Acadamy grad to learn and play the game. Since it's free and on Steam, there's a huge support community. More

Check this one out folks, it is free to play online. Complex and intriguing naval strategies and the graphics are like being there in real life. There's a bunch of training levels and videos to enhance your skills before you come and challenge my world domination!

Steel Ocean is a really awesome multiplayer naval game that takes place during WWII. The graphics are really good and the gameplay is nice.

Steel Ocean naval battle game that is a free on Steam. It has both PvP and PvE game modes. You can chose from several ships with which to wage battle.

This was an ok game. It's kind of like one of those games you wait forever to play and then when you do you beat it right away. You can play on it afterwards but you've already lost interest. At least for me that's what happened. I would recommend it for a road trip for kids but other than that it's not going to hold attention for very long. More

I was teaching a teen that I have to tutor how to play Battleship the board game, he then told me about how you can play this online. I've never once knew that! So he showed me and told me about a lot of other ship games that are basically attacking a ship. I told him if he found a cool naval battle game, we could play it. He ended up finding WARSHIP BATTLE: 3D World War II and it is a great game! We had a lot of fun playing it and since I tutor him in History, it was like a weird win/win. More

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this game, given that it's on mobile. I just wish I had a larger screen so I could enjoy the graphics a little more, but that isn't the game's fault. Highly recommend playing this! More

This seems like a good solution to the problem. Even though it is only showing one game it is a navel battle game which is what the problem was so it seems like a viable solutions to the problem. It is hard to tell if the whole game is naval based since it only shows strategy it does definitely have navel aspects just by the preview so I do believe it is a good solution to the problem. More

It appears to solve that problem to some extent. However, it technically only solves one niche of the genre. It still leaves many other aspects untouched. Modern naval battles aren't included in this game. It's all about pirates. Though I have no problem with the game itself, I don't see how it could be said that it conclusively solves the problem mentioned above. More

This game is okay but not a favorite. Not as much control or suspense for me. I am more of a Battlefield fan.

This is a great "naval battle" type game. It is fun and engaging with a chance to change history.
