"Authorea is the best thing to happen to academics and other information based writers in a long time. Having access to all of the academic information and citations on one platform makes churning out that research paper a real breeze. Where was this when I was an undergrad? I'd give it 10 stars if I could."

"While many editors are largely the same, I think what sets this one apart is the ability for other people to see your changes in real time, and for them to write along with you. I don't know what value it would bring over other editors to those involved in a singular rather than a collaborative effort, but overall it's a good design."

"This sounds great but does it supply the scientific knowledge that I need to write intelligently about anything? I always wanted to be a Theoretical Physicist like Sheldon Cooper but, alas, I don't know the first thing about it. I don't really think that this program is for me."
