"GTA 5 is the best entry of the series and one of the best open world games ever. Period. You have a rich campaign with THREE MAIN CHARACTERS (Trevor rules, you know it, everyone knows it) AND a complete multiplayer mode that keeps updated every now and then and allows players to create their own modes AND you have a massive living world with urban zones, mountains, parks... with plenty of activities and mayhem opportunities. It's only flaw? The campaign DLC hasnt come over yet!"

"I'm a big big big fan of the original books. When my friends told me about Witcher 3, I was wary. I expected some dull cash-in. Oh, boy, I was so wrong. The Witcher 3 is not only a huge open world game (even bigger with its two expansions) but also it has the same grey and twisted stories and characters from the books. Nothing its what it seems. Everyone hides their own secrets and an iniatially simple side-quest can turn into a big adventure. And then there's the painful decisions. The situations that you'll need to tackle as Geralt are not white nor black: they are complex situations where you won't see the consequences of your actions until much further in the game. Get ready for an awesome adventure. And if you love the game, READ THE BOOKS"

"The Elder Scrolls saga is a masterpiece and Skyrim is not an exception. You have hundreds of quests, four guilds to join in (including the always alluring Assassin's Brotherhood), tons of dungeons, dozens of possible builds... ¡And dragons! Hundreds of hours awaits you in this northern region of Tamriel."

    Horizon Zero Dawn

"Horizon Zero Dawn is one of the 2017 GOTYs. And the most shocking thing is that it shouldn't have worked. Because Zero Dawn picks a little from here, a little from there... But instead of a game devoid of charisma, you have a well-rounded protagonist, a robust RPG system, addictive side-quests and ROBODINOSAURS. They are the best thing about the game. The way they move, the way they attack, they multiple ways you can attack them... Zero Dawn is a big game by itself... and then there's an expansion coming this november!!!!"

"Yes. The story sucks. It lacks a third act. True. But if you focus on the gameplay... then, oh, boy, you are in for the ride of your life. THIS is how you do an open word - sandbox experience. You can tackle the missions in any way you want. You have plenty of tools, the IA adapts to your movements, and the game has some good QOL system that the series needed from years ago. As I said, forget about the story and enjoy its almost infinite possibilities to be Big Boss, the stealthy legend."

"Watch Dogs, the original one, the first one, was a failure, a dull game. Watch Dogs 2 reminds me to Assassin's Creed 2: improves the original entry in any possible way. The hacking elements are more flexible and easy to use, the missions are more varied and fun to do and you don't want to punch the main hero. I hope that Watch Dogs 3 will follow its path."

    inFAMOUS: Second Son

    PlayStation 4

    $23.49 - Standard Edition

"inFamous Second Son was the first PS4 must-buy and its still one of the top open world games for the Sony console. You'll control a sort of super hero that can absorb other "heroes" powers. You start controlling smoke, then neon... So every few hours the gameplay gets more varied and funnier. The bad things? A boring plot and a even more boring villain."

    Sleeping Dogs

"Sleeping Dogs for PS4 is a remastered version. But you won't notice its age. Imagine a GTA like game but with a more "intimate" approach. It's world, some districts of Hong Kong, its smaller than its rivals but its more lively and dense packed with content and activities. The car chases are few but they are stunning. The story is less epic but more dramatical and personal. I wish there was more games like this..."

"Wildlands rocks if you have some friends to play with. Doing coop missions or coop exploration to its MASSIVE world its super fun, specially if you try to f*ck with each other instead of playing by the book. You are a lonely wolf? Then try another thing. Solo play is super dull in this game."

"Kat is my waifu. Kat is love. Kat is life. Ehem. Okay. Now to the main point: Gravity Rush 2 lacks the originality factor from the first one but its still an enjoyable adventure. The world is now bigger and its amazing to use gravity at your will to travel from place to place or knock down the enemies. The problem is that there's a lot of missions that blocks Kat's gravity powers."

"I just bought Just Cause 3, and, from the first few hours of gameplay, I must admit that's a very, very funny one! I like this kind of adventure games, and the ideas behind Just Cause 3 are simply great! I will update my review when I will have played a little longer."

"It is a really good game as compared to the first part. It has tons of missions and activities to keep you busy on the game. The shooting and fighting experience in this game feels like a real life experience. The graphics are way much more improved than I ever thought before."

"Trove its a Minecraft-like game but free to play and more multiplayer oriented. You have plenty of classes to choose, world to explore and bosses to defeat. Beware that it has a loot of grind if you don't pay for it. But if you have patience and friends, its super worth it"

"Good game. Its classic Hitman play. Of note when reading the reviews. Ignore the kids screaming about pricing. They don't understand that this game was out for over a year for full price, and this is actually a price drop. They decided to release the prologue for free and everyone is mad that they didn't get a full free game."

"This game is barely open world. I almost feel like this tag wasn't suppose to be there. I'm very disappointed in this aspect of it, BUT...the game was actually pretty good for what it was. I don't like being lied to but I felt that I got my monies worth either way."

"This is still the best open world game for creative gamers. Now available on PS4 and on mobile devices. Gamers can think about the world they create when they are not in front of a screen. It is a great game for people who like to control their environment."
