"MaxiNutriton has protein bars that taste great and help me satisfy my sweet tooth healthily. They also have more things like protein powders, supplements, and healthy recipes. I've tried some of them and liked them, but by far the Promax Lean Bars are the beeest. .... Like candy, but not fattening!"

"I like it that this application gives such a good phasing in terms of working out. It has a 5minute starting time and then would ask you if you want to continue. And also aside from just doing the work, it records your calories that were burned during the work out depending on how many minutes you did it! Brilliant yah!"

"It is so fun to use this app. I love how Kira's energy is transferred to me while I watch and follow her videos. She has so many routines, from basic that I can follow on to those complex ones but I was able to learn because she is a good instructor even though I only watch her on my phone. Good one."

"I am a body conscious and have heard about Andrei Speir on my friends and also on the internet. Since the accident, I followed her on her accounts and discovered this app as she promotes it. Right away I installed this to add to my work out routines. This made me delete the old apps that I used since I'm learning a lot using only this one."

    DID YOU KNOW

Some people think Pilates is the same as yoga—they are not! While Pilates and yoga are a form of exercise for the mind the and body, yoga aims to reunite the mind, body, and the soul because it sees them as one that is why it is considered as a therapeutic activity. On the other hand, Pilates utilizes the whole body and focuses more on strengthening the core and developing muscles mass while maintaining a balance between flexibility and strength. With the advent of fitness applications and trackers, it seems like there is no excuse not to be healthy in 2018. Moreover, high-intensity workout trend for the past few years is now being replaced by a more holistic approach to being fit and much more attention is given to ‘inner health’, in fact, 28.9 million people practiced yoga or Pilates in the Spring of 2017 according to the data presented by Statista. It is no wonder that Pilates is one of the top fitness trends this year. Invented by a German fitness guru and fitness enthusiast Joseph Pilates, this workout was invented in light of rehabilitating oneself. While it has been marketed mostly for women, did you know that it was originally made for male boxers, wrestlers, and athletes? Yes, because Pilates gives you more invigorating energy by teaching you proper breathing, positioning, and full concentration.

"I love Pilates but was getting bored with my routine. Pilates Workouts app has been great! Whether I want to target a certain area - thighs or abs, or only have time for a quick 5-minute workout, Pilates Workouts app has a program for each objective. It's a great app for beginners or experts, older people or even children."

I've tried this for free for 2 sessions and it was a good experience that's why it is okay for me to pay because I know that it would be worth the price compared to personal instructors. Never disappointed. Good app for me."

"This is not a pilates app. This is for yoga. Anyway, mostly helpful for beginners in my humble opinion. Which is why I liked it when I tried it, because I'm still at a stage where I'm not too sure whether I'm doing the right thing when do yoga by myself. It's not like having an expert right next to you to guide you, but it sure beats checking a book for example. There are good tips and pointers and the visuals are clear. And somehow, I must say that the pretty scenery added as background did the job for me - it added a little charm to the whole endeavor."
