      "This is great. I like that in 21 days, I will have stronger abs and glutes. That's only 3 weeeks!!!! This is positive. I do wish, though, that I knew how many minutes this video workout would be each day."

      "I downloaded this App with no real expectations. I mean, how much help can an exercise App be?? Boy was I wrong?!? This is great. Not only do they give simple explanations, but they include photos to show you how to do things. It truly takes very little time and there is no expensive equipment needed. A definite winner."
