    "MaxiNutriton has protein bars that taste great and help me satisfy my sweet tooth healthily. They also have more things like protein powders, supplements, and healthy recipes. I've tried some of them and liked them, but by far the Promax Lean Bars are the beeest. .... Like candy, but not fattening!"

She's been cooking amazing meals from recipies in the book, and for the first time, I'm having healthy food which doesn't taste like crap. It was great seeing in plain normal speak and not in some higher knowledge weird speak what to eat, what's good and what's bad. The information provided helped me lose 30 pounds!"

      "Here we go again, another "weight loss" miracle solution. The basis for the food and nutrition you get is the good thing about this diet and is why I chose to try it. Within weeks though it is evident that this is a rip-off of a million other diet tricks and tips. I think its good but not great."

      "When you are looking for a guide to help you have a more balanced diet, look no further than Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy: The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating. There are so many guides to healthy eating, with so many variations, some are low carb, some are low fat, some restrict calories, others ask you to give up solid foods. The latest gimmick isn't always the best thing to try when you want to eat more healthily. I have found a balanced approach that is given in this book to my health and energy levels.       "When I first visited Spark Recipes, their website was overwhelming. I already hate myself because I am too fat, not I hate myself for being too stupid, too. I tried using the recipes, but with now guidance I failed quickly. Perhaps, before they hit you with 1,000 recipes, there should be a quick questionaire to decide what are your goals, your expertise in cooking, and how much help you need. Without this, I wouldn't likely use this service again."

      "There were so many websites out there that I couldn't figure out which ones were legitimate or not about healthy eating. I found the fooducate app while browsing and it changed my life. Using the Fooducate app I was able keep track of what I was eating calorie wise but also track how healthy each product was.       "I've been hearing about the Paleo diet from some of my friends so I bought Paleo Fitness to see whether it might be something I could incorporate into my own lifestyle. I guess it may work for some people, but I found the dietary suggestions to be too elaborate and time consuming to be practical in my life. I think I'm content to stick with my old fashioned vegetarian diet which has been good to me for over 20 years."

      "There are two reasons I like this book a lot. The first is because everything is so simple to make in it. I like to cook, but I am not very patient when it comes to complex recipes. The recipes in this book are simple and very easy to make. The second reason I like it so much is because everything I have made so far has been so delicious. I can't wait to try out more of the recipes."

      "MaxiNutriton has protein bars that taste great and help me satisfy my sweet tooth healthily. They also have more things like protein powders, supplements, and healthy recipes. I've tried some of them and liked them, but by far the Promax Lean Bars are the beeest. .... Like candy, but not fattening!"
