The app is so user-friendly and I love the reward incentive can be really motivating and of curse there the healthy diet and exercise tips ad I love how it tracks my progress, I can really see the improvement"

It's helped me learn a lot more about nutrition and the nature of weight gain / loss in general. Perhaps the most useful insight it has offered is in regards to self loathing that often comes with weight gain. This can be a vicious cycle that I have now broken thanks to this e-book! Highly recommended!"

I have been trying to lose weight, and calorie counting has always just destroyed my motivation for eating healthy. This video presented two different calorie calculators which I had not tried. I figure they're worth a try and we'll see how easy it is to count calories."

Yes, it's geared towards women as it has beauty and mothering advice, but Alicia doesn't hit you over the head with it. Lots of good info presented in an easily accessible manner."

They seem rather non biased as well, unlike some sites which seem to steer you to specific things depending on what the flavor of the week diet is. If you're looking for a neutral place to find food information, you should probably check out Eatright."

    "I do not like these type of sites that go against exercise. I felt that this was misleading and just a way for him to make money off those who are desperate. If I want to lose weight, I would go to a doctor who is trained in making these healthy decisions. I will not be using this site."
