    "MaxiNutriton has protein bars that taste great and help me satisfy my sweet tooth healthily. They also have more things like protein powders, supplements, and healthy recipes. I've tried some of them and liked them, but by far the Promax Lean Bars are the beeest. .... Like candy, but not fattening!"

      "I admit it: I'm a lazy guy. I love sports, but the best place to practice them is from my living room couch. And yes, I've been on the "chubbier" side for quite a while. But last year my girlfriend gave me this book after she'd read it, and I have to say that, although its somewhat geared to women, the tips and advice it gave have been invaluable! I' still the same lazy dude, but waaay trimmer, without sacrificing my lifestyle. READ IT!"

      "This is a very short video, but quite great in its content. A lot of what it says is common sense, but some of the tips offered were new to me. Specially the one on drinking cold water. I've always prefered my water room temperature, but after watching this video I decided to give this one a try. And without changing anything else, just through now having my water cold, I've incredibly lost 3 pounds! Anyway, recommended."

I found that I could lose weight by limiting the amount of food, so I reduced the size of my plate, I made sure to keep a food journal, drank plenty of water and got enough sleep. I definitely learned a lot from reading this article."

      "This app is nice. Even though I don't exercise there is an option on this app for it. It counts the calories I eat and keeps track so I don't go over. It gives me my weight loss goal just on calories."

      "While I was interested in something that didn't involve exercise, this does at least have exercise as a part of its plan. That said, it also highlights diet and/or eating habits as a way to lose weight, but some of those features apparently require the premium membership, which I would have to sacrifice my snack budget to pay for...wait a second..."

      "I think that most people struggle to maintain a healthy weight and I'm no different. My days are often far too busy to cook a healthy meal or seek out a nutritious restaurant for lunch, but this app really keeps me on task. I can track what I'm eating quickly and make better decisions on a case by case basis. I really like that it rates the food that I already have at home so I can choose healthier products the next time I'm at the grocery store."

The recipes on the site are beautifully presented, but somewhat complicated to make, making this site a good but not terrifically useful site for me."

I also don't really want to exercise beyond my usual activities of being a stay-at-home mom of an active toddler.
