      "I think this is a great source of information on how to manage stress in your life. My life has been rough lately, and I use this all the time for distractions, and ways to pull myself out. It has been wonderful in helping me to find a variety of ways to look and think about the things around me. Some images would be great, but don't be afraid from the chucks of text, just pick one and start reading. It was worth it to me, it will be worth it to you."

      "I don't feel this is a very good tool on how to practice mindfulness. This website is pretty much all basic stuff that anyone can do, and anyone probably already knows how to do. It tells such basic information and doesn't tell me anything new that I can't see myself ever using this service."

      "The mindfulness meditation described in this book has really helped me. I work a stressful job, but this meditation technique makes everything manageable. I don't practice Buddhism, but mindfulness meditation will work for anyone."

      "First of all let me say that "relaxing" music is in the eye of the beholder. But Spotify has to have the strongest selection out there. Some ambient or natural albums focus my attention way too much to use as background study music. But one I liked in the Browse category was a 2017 release "Unwind with Ambient but there are a boatload of others. Spotify rules."

      "I really liked this video to release stress and relax. I have done yoga for many years so this 10 minute routine is right up my alley. It may be hard for some who have never done yoga since some of the moves involves a lot of balance, strength, and flexibility. I can see how if you are unable to do the moves you may get even more stressed at attempting them and failing. The music in the background and scenery also helps create a relaxing retreat from the daily stresses of life."

      "I have a horrible work commute that involves a lot of traffic and bad drivers. I usually end up getting to work and getting home in a bad mood from it. My friend suggested this meditation app and it is amazing. They are just 5 minutes each, so it doesn't take up the whole commute time, but it is the perfect amount to feel relaxed before work or when I get home. There is music as well as visualization and relaxation techniques, like imagining calm places, that helped me focus on other things. I liked how there were 3 different options, so I didn't get bored with any of them."

      "I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress lately. A friend recommended that I try out this video. After watching this I now can take some time to myself and relax. These deep breathing exercises help me take the focus off of my worries and center myself. I would recommend this video to anyone that is experiencing stress in their lives."

      "This app was easy to use but I was only able to do a few of the meditations before it wanted me to upgrade to the paid version. I liked the music they used but I found the on screen instructions to be a bit distracting, since I'm used to meditating with my eyes closed. I would have liked if the instructions were spoken in a soothing voice over the music instead."

      "I've tried different relaxation techniques tons of times because I tend to have high stress levels. Breathing doesn't work for me as well as some others, probably, but if I'm not TOO stressed it does work. In a full blown panic attack, it's difficult to stop and concentrate on your breathing."

      "The idea is good as long as it's just helping me meditate, re-focus/regain my energy, but I would be happy if this isn't based on pseudoscience."

      "As a student and full-time employee, I often find myself needing to connect to friends and family using social networking. One could argue I have a screen addiction, as I am always on my phone or computer. It is rare I take time for myself and therefore I struggle to relax. This book taught me a variety of ways to take time for myself and to be able to focus more on my inner self. Through using breathing techniques in the book, I was able to help myself relax more and spend less time on things such as my phone or computer. The book also helps identify where stress stems from, focusing on the sociology of stress."

      "Monument Valley is a beautiful game that lets you guide a princess through a beautiful and surreal fantasy world. It is probably very relaxing. However, some people may not find games relaxing, and may prefer other options like a meditation or guided relations, soft music, or something less engaging and more mundane like a coloring book app."

      "Following this yoga video allowed me to become more in tune with my body and breathing. Going through the poses brought on a deep sense of centering and relaxation. Focusing on my breath during the exercises helped me calm down my normally frayed nerves."

      "I have been struggling for a long time with my anxiety. Relaxing was difficult until I used the Sleep Talk guided meditation. Instead of using it for sleep, I just used it at random points in the day to help me when my anxiety spiked. In no time at all, I would be more relaxed than before. I didn't even have to worry about falling asleep afterward!"

      "I bought this for my daughter's birthday and she absolutely loves it. I like to play with it by myself or with her because it is a fun and relaxing distraction for both a 12 year old and her mom. It keeps her from biting her nails as well.       "This site rates as average to me. It appears to be topical, but two downsides: it seems a bit clickbaity in tone and it has annoying pop up ads. I hate pop up ads."

      "If you're looking for a sound equalizer that does not require headphones and you have a Mac, then Noizio is what you're looking for. Adjustable for different kinds of noise and it can generate calming background sounds for a pleasant evening. It's in the Apple store and has a great price."

      "These Bose headphones have excellent sound quality, for earbuds, but I am not sure if they are the best solution for those having problems relaxing. If your problem is being caused by excessive ambient noise, you might find them to be a good solution, as they offer good noise reduction features relative to their size. There just might be other lifestyle changes that would be more effective in terms of actually helping you to relax. Another thing to note is that they are fairly expensive."

      "My daughter has social anxiety and has for some time. I can shop with her up to a certain point, but when she become overloaded, she shuts down. She does not like to go out to our car and wait for me, either. I bought one of these spinners on a whim. She took it with us, and it was interesting to see how much she played with it, seeing as she is almost out of her teens. I do notice a difference in how long she will stay with me now that she uses the spinner. Does it relax her? I think it does. Her face does not show nearly the amount of stress that it used to. It is nice not to feel like I have to rush when I shop so much."

You may not believe a well organized closet or dresser drawer can help you relax but I say a pile of dishtowels stored vertically create bliss."
