      "I have a horrible work commute that involves a lot of traffic and bad drivers. I usually end up getting to work and getting home in a bad mood from it. My friend suggested this meditation app and it is amazing. They are just 5 minutes each, so it doesn't take up the whole commute time, but it is the perfect amount to feel relaxed before work or when I get home. There is music as well as visualization and relaxation techniques, like imagining calm places, that helped me focus on other things. I liked how there were 3 different options, so I didn't get bored with any of them."

Some ambient or natural albums focus my attention way too much to use as background study music. But one I liked in the Browse category was a 2017 release "Unwind with Ambient but there are a boatload of others. Spotify rules."

This book taught me a variety of ways to take time for myself and to be able to focus more on my inner self. Through using breathing techniques in the book, I was able to help myself relax more and spend less time on things such as my phone or computer. The book also helps identify where stress stems from, focusing on the sociology of stress."

      "I had been having months of insomnia. I lay down, but my brain wouldn't shut off. I was too wound up from a stressful day. Then I found out about the 4-7-8 breathing exercise. After some practice, soon I was able to fall asleep within a minute of completing the exercise. Insomnia is no longer a problem."

It may be hard for some who have never done yoga since some of the moves involves a lot of balance, strength, and flexibility. I can see how if you are unable to do the moves you may get even more stressed at attempting them and failing. The music in the background and scenery also helps create a relaxing retreat from the daily stresses of life. "

The instructor is very attractive, and I'd certainly want to be in her class, but I don't know if there is anything extraordinary here.
