"For any trip I take, I always check TripAdvisor first - this site has it all, from helpful travel tips to best activities to discussions to low-cost options. I love that I can research the top places and sites, sort by distance or rating, and even book at the lowest cost right through TripAdvisor. This site and the app are invaluable travel tools that just keep getting better."

"It is a great blog for those who want to travel. There are tons of books specific to each country that you might want to visit. There are tips and tricks on traveling cheap. It has good recommendations for travel based on age, gender, and availability of money. It is definitely a must to check out if you are planning on traveling anywhere."

"This travel blog has been an invaluable resource for me and my partner to gather information and read engaging stories about traveling. Before we set off on our world journey this was our go to place for getting a feel for what we could expect. Karin-Marijke and Coen are insightful and live a fantastic and interesting life which really comes through in their writing."

"The usual travel blog just covers things you'd want to see when you're on an epic road trip, but Culinary Backstreets is different. It takes you through all of the little hole in the wall joints that serve the best of the best, handed down for generations cuisine that you just can never quite duplicate at home. It doesn't stop there though - through these little family businesses they also bring you the human stories behind them, which is endlessly interesting. They also make me hungry every time I read an article."

"I think it is a great little travel blog. The blog follows Jeremy and all of the places that he travels. He provides various information that is helpful for inexperienced travelers looking to get started. You can also enjoy the blog if you don't plan to travel at all."

""That Backpacker" is a good travel blog, though it does not stand out a lot from other alternatives, so whether you'll really love it is a matter of taste. That said, the author has been to a variety of places and is an above average writer and quite the photographer. There's just a lot of other alternatives in this category that may or may not really appeal to you."

"This is the Place I was Telling You About is a wonderful travel blog. I personally enjoy reading the author's take on traveling and types of food. The user posts many pictures of food, as can be seen by the recent trip to East Village."

"A blogger who travels to many, many places and shares her experience in tours, food, culture, and just about everything else. She's quirky, cute and funny and it's just an overall enjoyable thing to read in your downtime."

"Migrationology is actually one of the best travel blogs I have ever visited. Food is something that everyone can connect with. Unlike language, it's universal. This site displays travel and food in a way that makes you wish you were there. You instantly want travel. You instantly want to eat. This is your spot for food advice on any travel."

"I'm a big fan of travel blogs which do more than simply provide diary entries of journeys that others have made. My Itchy Travel Feet offers personal accounts of recent trips to some far-flung destinations, but the real heart and soul of the site is to my mind the tips they offer for seasonal travel. I'll be checking out their entries on leaf-peeping trips and Fall national park hikes before I set out on my own adventures in the autumn."
